Rear Fender Supports

One-piece forged aluminum rear fender supports carry a highly polished finish.
Compared to the forged steel supports and covers on other Harley-Davidson® Softail® models, these supports come in four pounds lighter. As a result, the CVO™ Breakout® achieves a leaner, more responsive feel without sacrificing structural integrity.

Front End

The wide front end spreads the forks approximately 1.75 inches wider than previous FX Softail® models, allowing fitment of a 130mm front tire. The entire front end assembly carries full chrome plating throughout — including the nacelle and headlamp bucket — for a front profile that commands attention at every stop.

Console & Fuel Tank

The low-profile console tops a five-gallon fuel tank with a strip of brilliant chrome. Two elbow outlets and braided stainless steel lines exit forward from the top of the console to accommodate the tank vent. The overall effect is clean, purposeful, and unmistakably CVO™.

Oil Tank

Harley-Davidson® polished and chrome-finished the single-rib cast-aluminum oil tank to the same standard as every other surface on this build. Even the details nobody else notices carry the same level of attention to craft.

Seat & Pillion

The leather seat and pillion carry an embossed horn-back gator hide accent pattern in black or brown leather. Harley-Davidson® shaped both pieces to deliver good lower-back support for the rider on long hauls. What’s more, you remove the pillion without tools to fully expose the custom paint on the rear fender — instantly transforming the look of the entire rear end.

Handlebar & Instrumentation

The chrome handlebar delivers a neutral rider position and carries internal wiring throughout for a completely clean cockpit aesthetic. The integrated chrome riser incorporates a mount for the four-inch combination digital speedometer/analogue tachometer. LED indicators sit below the riser, keeping the instrument cluster tight, clean, and purposeful.
